CMB Division Gemini Division Target Division

Central Mineral Belt Uranium/Vanadium Project (CMB Division)
  • Contains an NI 43-101 indicated resource of 5.19 million pounds of uranium (6.92 million tonnes at 0.034%) and an additional inferred resource of 5.82 million pounds of uranium (8.17 million tonnes at 0.032%)
  • Contains an NI 43-101 indicated resource of 11.75 million pounds of vanadium (6.92 million tonnes at 0.077%) and an additional inferred resource of 15.81 million pounds of vanadium (8.17 million tonnes at 0.088%)
  • Both resources remain open along strike and to depth
  • Dominant land position in the Central Mineral Belt with approximately 65,879 metres of drilling completed in 366 holes
  • 2008 summer drill program focused on expanding the known mineralization along the C-Zone - Armstrong Corridor, which remains open for expansion
Central Mineral Belt Joint Venture (CMB Division)
  • 60% interest in 4,741 claims in the Central Mineral Belt acquired from Universal Uranium in July 2008
  • Two Time Zone contains an NI 43-101 indicated resource of 2.33 million pounds of uranium (1.82 million tonnes grading 0.058% U3O8) and an additional inferred resource of 3.73 million pounds (3.16 million tonnes grading 0.053% U3O8)
  • Resource remains open to depth and along strike to the south
Golden Promise Project (Gemini Metals Deivision)
  • Jaclyn Main Zone contains an NI 43-101 inferred resource of 921,000 tonnes averaging 3.02 g Au/t (89,500 contained ounces of gold)
  • Composite quartz vein zone up to 4 metres in true thickness characterized by coarse visible gold
  • Surface samples from Jaclyn Zone grade up to 10.5 oz/t Au
  • 2006 and 2007 drilling extended the Jaclyn Zone from 500 metres to 800 metres along strike, and locally to 275 metres below surface (open along strike and to depth)
South Golden Promise Project (Gemini Metals Deivision)
  • Large land position in a highly prospective, emerging gold belt
  • Surface assays up to 232 g/t gold
  • Significant drill intercepts of up to 19.5 g/t gold over 1.15 metres including 63.3 g/t gold over 0.35 metres
  • Project is host to Linda/Snow White Vein Zone - defined over 170 metres strike length and up to 5 metres wide - open in all directions
Victoria Lake Project (Gemini Metals Deivision)
  • Project is adjacent to the Boomerang Deposit (Messina Minerals), a high grade precious and base metal rich VHMS deposit
  • Three extensive (up to 2.5 kilometres long, 153 metres thick) VHMS style alteration systems identified on the project
  • Un-sourced sulphide rich boulders on project assaying 6.5% zinc, 4.1% lead, 0.37% copper, 33.9 g/t silver and 1.02 g/t gold
Shirley Basin Project (Target Division)
  • Contains an NI 43-101 indicated resource of 1.09 million pounds of uranium (1.44 million tonnes grading 0.038% U3O8) and an inferred resource of 3.25 million pounds of uranium (4.40 million tonnes grading 0.037% U3O8)
  • Exceeded the minimum mining threshold for uranium
  • Preliminary bottle roll leach tests indicate uranium extraction of greater than 90%
  • Uranium mineralization on the properties has the potential to be recovered by in-situ recovery methods
