(NYSE Amex: CXZ) (TSX: CXX) ("Crosshair") wishes to announce a correction to its previous news release dated November 20th, 2009 in connection with the closing of concurrent private placements for gross proceeds of $2,275,000. The number of Agent's Warrants granted to Byron Securities Limited in connection with the Flow-Through Private Placement should have read 510,000.
