Crosshair Energy Corporation (NYSE Amex: CXZ) (TSX: CXX) ("Crosshair") is a dominant player in the exploration and development of uranium, vanadium and gold in North America. The Juniper Ridge Project and the Bootheel Project are both located in uranium mining friendly Wyoming. Juniper Ridge is host to an indicated resource estimate of 5.2 M lbs of uranium (4.1 M tons at 0.063%). Bootheel, with its in-situ mining potential and initial NI 43-101 uranium resource estimate of 1.48 M lbs indicated (2.1 M tons at 0.036%) and an additional 3.13 M lbs inferred (4.0 M tons at 0.039%), has exceeded the minimum mining threshold. Both projects are designed for near term production.

The CMB Uranium/Vanadium Project is located in Labrador, Canada and Crosshair has demonstrated the multi-deposit potential of the project by successfully developing four currently defined resources -- C Zone, Area 1, Armstrong and Two Time Zone. All four resources are open for expansion. In 2010, Crosshair completed a Vanadium Resource Expansion Program, with the goal of significantly increasing the vanadium resource. Without any additional drilling, the vanadium resource was increased by approximately 500%.

Crosshair also continues to advance its gold projects in Newfoundland, Canada. The company completed 7,220 metres of drilling in 2010 which has expanded the zone of mineralization. A trenching and bulk sampling program was also carried out and a total of 313.59 ounces of gold and 23.05 ounces of silver were sold for net receipts of CDN$430,000.
