Mark J. Morabito, B.A., L.L.B.
President & CEO
Mr. Morabito is Crosshair's founder and an executive with a background in corporate finance and securities law. He has over 15 years experience in public markets with a strong focus on junior mining and small business venture capital with extensive experience in capital-raising and corporate development.

Mr. Morabito graduated from Simon Fraser University with a B.A. in 1990 and completed his L.L.B. at the University of Western Ontario in 1993. Mr. Morabito has been a Member of both the Ontario Bar and British Columbia Bar since 1995.

After completing his initial training with a full service Toronto law firm, Mr. Morabito practiced law in Vancouver until 2001. His practice focus was on corporate commercial and corporate securities work. Since taking over Crosshair in 2003, Mr. Morabito is directly responsible for raising over $48.8 million and taking the company from a one room office to a company with over 50 employees, a first rate exploration team, an expanding asset base and listings on both the Toronto Stock Exchange and American Stock Exchange.

Mr. Morabito is also CEO of Target Exploration & Mining Corp., a junior exploration company currently listed on the TSX Venture board, trading under the symbol TEM that has a focus on US uranium projects.

Joseph Miller, CMA
CFO
Mr. Miller has over 20 years experience in financial management of public companies, including numerous energy and resource companies based in Alberta. Prior to joining Crosshair, Mr. Miller was the Chief Financial Officer of GPS Industries Inc. and was responsible for the overall financial management of the company, including internal and external public reporting and SEC reporting and filings, and initiating the Sarbanes Oxley compliance program identifying and focusing on the high risk processes and controls. From 1999 to 2007, Mr. Miller was employed by Transalta Corporation in Calgary, Alberta, first as the Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis and then as the Director of Financial Operations. Mr. Miller received his CMA designation in 1992 and is a member of the Certified Management Accountants of British Columbia. He received his diploma in Business Administration from Mount Royal College in 1989.

Julie Bolden
VP Corporate Affairs and Corporate Secretary
Since 1989, Ms. Bolden has worked at a number of Vancouver law firms as a securities paralegal, gaining experience in a wide variety of corporate securities transactions. She has taken the Canadian Securities Course, the SFU Public Companies course and is a graduate of the Capilano College Legal Assistant certificate program.

Evelyn Cox, B.Sc.
VP Corporate Development
In 2000, Ms. Cox graduated with a B.Sc. (Honours) in Geology, with a minor in German, from the University of British Columbia. She speaks German fluently. Ms. Cox also completed the Economic Guidelines for Mineral Exploration Course from Queen's University.

Prior to joining the Company, Ms. Cox gained five years of experience working as a Geologist and Manager Corporate Communications for Candente Resource Corp.

E. John Clarke, B.Sc. (Geology)
General Manager Northstar Division
Mr. John Clarke is a graduate of Memorial University in Newfoundland with a B.Sc. Honours Degree in Earth Science. He has considerable exploration field experience in a wide range of geological environments. Mr. Clarke has extensive knowledge of a variety of deposit types including; high and low-sulphidation epithermal gold, lode gold, VMS base metal, magmatic Ni-Cu-Co (±PGE), porphyry Cu-Mo, diamonds and industrial minerals. These exploration pursuits have presented him the opportunity to work and live in places such as; Iceland, Newfoundland, Labrador, New Brunswick, Cuba and Australia.

Before joining Crosshair, Mr. Clarke was Mineral Industry Analyst with the Department of Natural Resources, Government of Newfoundland and Labrador. In that capacity, he aided with the planning, organization and execution of a continuous program of in-depth analysis with respect to mining industry growth patterns, capital requirements, employment, infrastructure requirements and exploration activity. He also conducted market, economic and company financial studies for the assessment of specific development proposals and for the development of overall strategy concerning mineral development.

Sally Gillies, M.Sc. (Geology)
General Manager Lonestar Division
Ms. Sally Gillies received her Master of Science, Economic Geology from University of Alabama, USA in 1995. She has over 13 years international experience in mineral exploration and development. Her work as a geological consultant includes the following companies: Bema Gold Corporation, Falconbridge Ltd., Continental Minerals (Hunter Dickinson), Royal Gold Inc, ASA Inc, and Australian Consolidated Minerals.

Ms. Gillies will focus on the largely unexplored southern portion of the Central Mineral Belt Property (Lonestar) and will work closely with the rest of the exploration team to advance the project.
