Mark J. Morabito, B.A., J.D.
Executive Chairman
Mr. Morabito is Crosshair's founder and is an executive with a background in corporate finance and securities law. He has over 15 years experience in public markets with a strong focus on junior mining and small business venture capital with extensive experience in capital-raising and corporate development. Mr. Morabito has raised over $200 million in public markets over the last five years. He obtained a B.A. from Simon Fraser University and completed his J.D. at the University of Western Ontario.

After completing his initial training with a full service Toronto law firm, Mr. Morabito practiced law in Vancouver until 2001. His practice focus was on corporate commercial and corporate securities work. Since taking over Crosshair in 2003, Mr. Morabito is directly responsible for taking the company from a one room office to a company with over 50 employees, a first rate exploration team, an expanding asset base and listings on both the Toronto Stock Exchange and American Stock Exchange.

Stewart Wallis, P.G., P. Geo.
President & CEO
Mr. Wallis received his B.Sc in Geology from McMaster University located in Hamilton, Ontario. His professional affiliations include: APEG Saskatchewan; APEG B.C.; Wyoming Professional Geologist; Certified Professional Geologist (AIPG); Fellow, Society of Economic Geologists; Member, Society of Mining Engineers.

Mr. Wallis began his career with Cominco Ltd. carrying out exploration for base and precious metals throughout eastern Canada. Since 1994, he has been the Managing Director of Sundance Ventures and Sundance Geological Ltd, which provide geological services including due diligence, prefeasibility and NI 43-101 Technical Reports on gold, PGE, uranium and base metal operating and exploration properties located throughout the world.

During the period from 2003 to 2006, Mr. Wallis was the General Manager, Vancouver office, for Roscoe Postle Associates Inc. During this time, he carried out due diligence on numerous uranium properties located in Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Namibia, Finland and the western US. From June 2007 until joining Crosshair in March 2009, Mr. Wallis was the President of Target Exploration and Mining where he worked on advancing Target's flagship uranium project, Bootheel, towards production.

Mark Ludwig, PE, MBA
COO (U.S.)
Mr. Ludwig,has a Mining Engineering degree from the Colorado School of Mines and an MBA from Regis University. Prior to joining Crosshair, he was the Vice President of Operations of Neutron Energy.

From 2005 to 2008 he was employed by Hecla Mining Company as a Senior Mining Engineer/Project Manager and later as Manager of Corporate Development. From 1984 until 2005 he worked in various positions with BHP Billiton including as a Senior Project and Mining Engineer.

Samuel Yik, B.Comm, CA
CFO
Mr. Yik is a Chartered Accountant with over 17 years of financial and international business experience in resource based public companies with market capitalizations ranging from $10 million to $2 billion. He spent the past seven years in senior level management roles in the mining industry. Mr. Yik has experience with both exploration and commercially producing mining companies and was formerly the Chief Financial Officer for a mineral exploration company which is dually listed on both the TSX-V and NYSE AMEX. Mr. Yik also holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from the University of British Columbia.

Thomas (Tom) Bell, Ph.D., CPG
VP & Chief Geologist
Dr. Bell received his B.Sc in Geology from San Jose State University in California in 1978 followed by an M.A at the University of California at Berkeley in 1980 and a PhD at the University of California at Berkeley in 1983. His professional affiliations include: Professional Geologist in the State of Pennsylvania; Certified Professional Geologist (AIPG); Fellow, Society of Economic Geologists.

Dr. Bell began his career with the US Geological Survey Branch of Uranium and Thorium. conducting research on the origin of uranium mineralization in the Grants and Laguna Districts of New Mexico. A position as research geologist at ARCO Production Research in Plano Texas followed as Dr. Bell investigated the transition of detrital clay to illite in the Tertiary of the Texas Gulf Coast. Dr. Bell worked as an exploration geologist investigating gold in Mesozoic red-bed sequences across the intermountain west for the consulting firm of Hunt, Ware, and Proffet then joined Utah International as a core member of the World Metals Group led by James Bratt. When Utah International was acquired by Broken Hill Proprietary, Dr. Bell continued as a senior reconnaissance exploration geologist and project manager in North and South America as well as Central, South, and West Africa. Since leaving BHP, Dr. Bell has trained and worked as a hydrogeologist, environmental geologist, and engineering geologist in a variety of industrial settings. Since 1999 Dr. Bell has been president of Stratamodel, the firm he founded to explore for metallic commodities in Africa and North America, create state of the art geologic data collection systems, and design and implement resource based geographic information systems.

Mr. Horace H. "Bevo" Beaven, BA
VP Corporate Communications
Mr. Beaven has a BA in Journalism/Public Relations and Advertising from the University of Alabama and has held leadership positions providing marketing communications, public relations and investor relations services for national and international organizations.

He has twelve years experience as an investor relations executive. He has conceived, planned and managed investor relations programs for dozens of public companies as Vice President and Senior Vice President at two respected national investor relations/public relations agencies - Metzger Associates Public Relations and CTA Integrated Communications and most recently as an independent public relations and corporate communications consultant. He has experience in raising equity financing, institutional investor and research analyst contacts, access to M&A opportunities, connections and access to major U.S. media outlets, experience managing financial road shows and general experience in performing IR functions for NYSE, NYSE AMEX, Nasdaq and TSX listed companies.

Evelyn Cox, B.Sc.
VP Corporate Development
In 2000, Ms. Cox graduated with Honours with a B.Sc. in Geology and a minor in German, from the University of British Columbia. She speaks German fluently. Ms. Cox also completed the Economic Guidelines for Mineral Exploration Course at Queen's University.

Prior to joining EGM, Ms. Cox was the Manager Corporate Communications for Candente Resource Corp. In addition to technical report writing and maintaining all properties in good standing, Ms. Cox is responsible for preparing news releases and building and maintaining relationships with analysts and fund managers.

Since her appointment as VP Corporate Development, Ms. Cox has been an integral component in growing Crosshair. Ms. Cox is responsible for all corporate communication tools, planning budgets and exploration programs, evaluating properties, and presenting both technical and corporate aspects of the company to analysts and fund managers.

Sheila Paine
Corporate Secretary
For the past 5 years, Ms. Paine has acted as Corporate Secretary for a number of public companies trading on various stock exchanges. In addition, Ms. Paine has over 20 years experience as a legal assistant, specializing in corporate, securities and regulatory matters. Ms. Paine was a legal assistant to a senior partner in the securities department of a large international law firm. During that time, Ms. Paine was responsible for, among other things, assisting clients with financings, regulatory filings, administering stock option plans, drafting agreements and other legal documents, and working with other staff of the law firm to coordinate the papering and closing of various transactions for public companies.

Since joining Crosshair, Ms. Paine has been responsible for all securities regulatory and corporate filings and compliance, coordinating and disseminating the materials for Crosshair's annual general meetings, board of directors' meetings and various board committee meetings, administering Crosshair's stock option plan, acting as Crosshair's Compliance Officer with respect to Corporate Governance Policies, and assisting the Chief Executive Officer and President with the preparation of various corporate, securities, business and project-based documentation.
